Client: Swinerton & Walberg Builders, Inc. Corporate Headquarters in San Francisco

Challenges
  • Remodel existing executive offices and create an impressive, welcoming environment.
  • Create a space where the company could showcase its long history to visitors.

Solutions
This prestigious, long-time San Francisco construction company wanted a facelift for its corporate headquarters. Our response was to create unusual details using rare materials such as hand-troweled, Venetian-type interior plaster, anigre and sycamore wood. We renovated the executive offices according to the individual. We opened up the reception area and revamped the entryway, which included elevating the reception desk to provide a sense of privacy. A custom steel display armature in the entryway showcases the company's history. The project has been featured in San Francisco Building Times and The Pacific Builder.
