After surviving the Oakland Hills fire, the client decided it was time to expand
and take advantage of their two-bridge view of the San Francisco Bay. The new master
bedroom retreat captures that beautiful sight and includes a viewing deck. Custom
low cabinets, built-in bookshelves and the perfect built-in day bed were added.

The stairway leading upstairs was moved and walls removed to completely alter the
flow of the house. At the exterior, the front entryway was redesigned, and features
a new large glass awning. Custom handrails grace the front entry.
