- Client wanted to remodel in phases, so challenge was creating distinct phases of the project with consideration for the overall long-term plan.

|
We began by helping prioritize the client's needs and budget requirements. Phase One
included new home office and library with a large viewing deck over the garage. In Phase
Two, we transformed three smaller rooms into a master bedroom and bathroom suite with
high-end dressing room. Everything was custom for this client, including the stand-alone
tub surrounded by glass mosaic tiles, marble shower enclosure and marble stone and mosaic
tile floors.
